The wild heart trusts.

There are moments when we know exactly what it is to be alive.

We feel the wind change against our skin. Stand beneath an open sky and feel awe at its expanse. Let our eyes land on something beautiful enough to forget about time.

We love someone enough to be changed by them. We grieve because something mattered. We feel a pull toward something we cannot entirely explain, and sometimes we find the courage to follow it. We risk something because we trust something else.

This is the territory of the wild heart.

Not a heart without fear. A heart willing to be touched by life. One that can be still enough to notice the butterfly and alive enough to run with the wind.

It doesn't trust because it knows what will happen.
It trusts that it will find its footing.

Perhaps this is part of what
draws us toward horses.

They bring us close to something we recognize in ourselves.

A horse can stand quietly beneath an open sky, completely absorbed in the world around them. And in another moment, move with their whole body toward what draws them.

They are deeply relational, yet entirely their own. Sensitive and responsive. Capable of stillness and movement, connection and distance, softness and tremendous power.

There is something about being near a horse that brings the wild heart close enough to touch.

Wild Hearts is a place to come back into relationship with that part of yourself.

To become curious about what draws you closer. What brings you alive. What you are ready to move toward. And what following it might ask of you.

You may come with a question, a longing, a change you are moving through, or a dream you want to make real.

Or you may already be surrounded by much of what you once wanted, and simply want to be more present for the life that is already here.

You don't need to know exactly what you are looking for.

We can begin with what is here.
